- 4/19 and 4/26 minutes approved.
- Chuck will fwd minutes and treasurer report to George for web posting.
Deed Restriction and By-law Additions/Addendums Vote Update
- The following number of “YES” votes have been received to date:
Shed: 93 Statue: 91 Satellite: 95
Enforcement: 102 By-law: 105
- Petitions were divided between board members to try to get more signatures

Linda – 2, 11
Stacy – 8, 9
Chuck – 4, 7
Phil – 1, 5
Next Board Meeting
- Will be held at Trish’s house Thursday, July 12th at 7:30 p.m.
Playground Repair
- Supplies needed to repair the tunnel were purchased by Chris Tatnall for around $100.
- Trish mailed check to Liberty Parks and Recreation for a new clear bubble to replace the vandalized one. It will take 3 weeks, upon receipt of the check, to receive the bubble. It will include installation parts.
- Board unanimously approved for Chris Tatnall to purchase additional chain and lengthen playground swings.
Landscaping
- Chuck and Phil will oversee getting bids from Fresh Cutts, Pro Services, and ADAN Landscaping.
Pond Maintenance
- Current contract is complete. It includes both maintenance and prevention. No contract changes/additions are needed.
Landscaping/Lighting for Community Signs
- Trish passed out an email from Mary Hamilton from DelDot about the timeline for landscaping and lighting, as well as the landscaping and lighting plans Mary sent.
- Board unanimously agreed to lighting and landscaping plans.
- Trish will inform Mary of the approval and request for her to proceed w/ DelDot bids.
Green Side Up
- Mr. Mellon is meeting w/ Chuck Monday night and said he will bring the fountain heads w/ him.
- Linda has paid Green Side Up $7480 for January quarter so far. She is letting him know that we wish to pay ˝ the price for the current quarter because the previous contract has been cut back.
- Trish mentioned that the grass has not been cut along the Bancroft open space.
- Chuck will remind Mr. Mellon that the branches at 107 Covington have still not been removed.
- Members on Covington have also complained that the grass is too tall.
Newsletter
- Trish will have it ready by July 11th. She will include project updates.
Member Complaints
- A homeowner said branches from open space had fallen onto their property. As noted above, Chuck will address again w/ Mr. Mellon.
- A homeowner requested for trees to be planted along Schafer to separate Wynthorpe from Beaverbrook. Board unanimously agreed that trees cannot be planted for the following reasons: 1) not in the budget 2) other homes w/ similar situations that would then have to be accommodated as well.
- A homeowner stated that steps and sidewalk on their lot are crumbling. Board unanimously agreed that repairs of steps and sidewalks are the homeowners responsibility since it is their property. Trish will reply.
- A homeowner requested an above ground pool due to their lot being located on a hill. The board unanimously agreed that there may be no above the ground pools as noted in the deed restrictions. Trish will reply.
- A member of the community was seeking info. for installing a basketball goal. Trish will refer member to the deed restrictions.
Treasurer’s Update
- Linda said that there are still 24 unpaid assessments for 2007 and a total of $6717 in outstanding assessments.
- Linda will give Trish a treasurer’s report in early July for the newsletter.
- CMS signed for 3 court filings for liens.
